[MU4 Issue] Loop markers are not relocated after changing staff type

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a simple score with Guitar instrument
2. Add some notes
3. Use Loop for some measures
4. Change the standard staff type to tabulature

Expected behavior Loop markers are relocated after changing staff type

I found that this issue is a bit more general. The loop markers don't update at all when any aspect of the notation/layout is changed:

Maybe this requires reprioritization of this issue?
