[MU4 Issue] Blue cursor in Note Input mode disappears in multi measure rests

Describe the bug In note input mode, there is a blue cursor. It disappears in multimeasure rest.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set Multi Measure mode (press "m")
2. Switch to Note input mode (press "n")
3. Enter some notes
4. When achieve multimeasure rest, blue cursor disappears.

Expected behavior Blue cursor should be there, at the begining of bar with multimeasure rest.

Additional context Regression, in MU3, it works as expected.
