[MU4 Issue] Slide in/outs in wrong position on imported MS3; playback should be off?

Describe the bug

The default position for slides in/out is better in MS4 compared to MS3. The only issue is that for imported MS3 files, slides are now in the wrong position. AFAICS, the cure is to reset the position to the new default for MS4.

Also, IMV, playback of slides in/out should be set to "OFF" for imported files, as there was no playback in MS3.

To Reproduce

1. Open the attached file in MS3 and MS4. Compare the positioning of the slides in. slides_in_out.zip RESULT: Slides in are wrongly positioned in MS4
2. Apply a reset to any slide. RESULT: It now assumes the correct position.
3. Note the new playback feature which is ON in MS4.

Expected behavior

Slides in/out should be reset to the optimum (i.e. default) position for imported MS3 files. And playback should be off?
