[MU4 Issue] No sound from self-sounding plugin after assigning it to track

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install any self-sounding plugin (e.g. Izotope Vinyl or WavesFactory Cassette Transport)
2. Create a simple score
3. Add one of the plugins to the master track (actual result: no sound from plugin)
4. If sound goes Delete the plugin from the master track and assign to instrument track (actual result: no sound from plugin)
5. If sound still goes repeat two previous steps few more times
6. If sound still goes close/open MU4 and repeat previous three steps

Expected behavior Sound goes from self-sounding plugin after assigning it to track immediately
