[MU4 Issue] Sound duration during note input is different comparing with MU3
Bug 1
During note input, the duration is a little bit longer in MU4.
This happens because the default value was changed:
Bug 2
When clicking note with a mouse, in MU3 there are two variant of duration depending on when you release the mouse button, in MU4 the duration is always the same and equal to the duration during note input

Expected behavior MU4 and MU3 should correspond
Platform information macOS, Windows, Linux
In case it isn't obvious, the length of the note played during input is controlled by a preference, which defaults to 300 ms in MU3 and 500 ms in MU4. And MU4 does seem to respond as expected if I reduce the preference setting. No idea if the change in default was a conscious choice or an oversight though.

@MarcSabatella Thanks for the info! I see it now in Preferences. I'll add a screenshots to the description
@vpereverzev After fixing #12273, the issue №1 still persists.
@Tantacrul As I recall, you decided to change the default note playing time from 300 to 500, right? Can we close this issue? Or should we use the default value from MU3?
I don't remember. @DmitryArefiev - what is the issue with the length being 500ms? Do you think it would be better if it was 300ms?
@Tantacrul It's a matter of taste) I like 300ms (as in MS3) because I don't need to listen extra duration when entering notes in woodwinds or strings

I would also observe the longer play time makes note input "feel" slower as you enter notes, even though in reality you can still enter them as fast as you like. This wouldn't even be worth mentioning if we weren't already concerned with sluggishness during note input. I'm not saying it should definitely be changed for this reason, but anyhow, another factor to consider.
