Add linters and static analysis

Need to first do an analysis of what tools to include and where in the build phases to include them correctly.

Possible tools to investigate:

• Megalinter
• ls-lint
• prettier
• sonarlint
• sfdx-security-scanner (already included in D2X docker image but not workflows)
• ??? (please comment on this issue if you have ideas)
