MCC-MNC JSON file empty, mcc-mnc.com website inaccessible

It seems that in commit 192636f4ffb1d6452595e7df5c0695954a696ab1 all information was deleted and an empty file remains.

The website http://mcc-mnc.com/ doesn't seem to be working anymore.
