How to get alerts for notices?

Im trying to get alerts to the phone for notices being written in a channel.

By notices i mean the irc command /notice.

I have set up hilights in irssi with /hilight -level notices abc. When i type /notice #channel abc irssi blinks and it is highlighted. I don't get an notification pushed to my phone, however.

Is there a way to fix this? Could i modify something in irssinotifier.pl ?
