Add a QuotaExceededError handler to the Discogs importer script

I've managed to hit the local storage limit for Discogs, I'm getting a QuotaExceededError exception every time it tries to save a new record. So there needs to be a handler for the exception, and maybe a method to cycle out the oldest data to make room for new data.
