Multiple recipient/s list shows bad

I send an email with a long list of recipient/s. All the recipient/s receipt the email but the To: list in the email doesn't shows the complet list of recipient/s. Shows the first 23 recipient/s correct, the 24th shows # and the rest of recipient/s sows as unique recipient Windows. The Windows recipient shows the [email protected] email direction. But the recipient/s 24 to 38 gets the mail.
