Permit to add/send attachment (--attach) when --msg-body parameter is specified.

Please add the possibility to attach some attachments to a mail (with the --attach option) when a mail body file (--msg-body) is specified. I Think it's essential to have this feature in a mail program.

The -msg-body was specially added so that it can be used without -attach. You can always use -attach to attach as many files as needed and the first one can be inline. But not all mail readers does not display inline attachments as embedded as mentioned in the FAQ# 1.
