1.19 zipped binary is corrupted

I've downloaded it three times and the 1.19 binary is "not a valid win32 application". 1.18 works fine.

It is not corrupted. It is compiled in Windows 10 with Visual Studio 2015. This binary may not work on Older version of windows e.g. Windows XP. I do not have access to any other version of Windows at this time, so if possible, you can try to compile it yourself in your version of Windows.

Running XP on this older machine. That explains it. May I suggest that you make a note somewhere that it doesn't support the older windows versions anymore? Thanks!

"Visual Studio 2015 - Windows XP (v140_xp)" platform toolset in project options helps with this problem
