Cannot Switch Between Windowed and Fullscreen

Alt-enter does nothing on Mupen64Plus v2.5.

I'm using Windows 7 64-bit. The default keymapping in the config is 323.

Just to make a point: I tried setting Kbd Mapping Fullscreen = 282 (F1 key) and pressing the key just makes the emulator flash a quick second, but doesn't switch between windows/fullscreen.

just tried core and ui-console from git, still doesn't seem to work

note: also unable to toggle fullscreen in m64py
