Fully Manual mode should allow no values for bindings

Fully Manual mode in the Input should allow to set no values to a given binding. For example, if you do not want to have C-Buttons set to anything, having no value in there will always lead to the autodetected value - which is in case of a xbox360 controller totally messed up, as it's the analog axis value.
