control mapping manager

would like the ability to have more than one controller mapping for different games. either we could save multiple layouts or even go fancier and save specifically for each game/rom. so either make a new .cfg file for each rom or start a sqlite database and put in the rom names with the mappings.

this is the best general use setup i've found with a logitech dual action controller. works for all games i've found so far comfortably.

automatic set control profile to first port if plugged in

in controller profiles add change port number ( rather than remapping or swapping the config manually) ( some games dont like running without being controller port 1

when controller not plugged in but profile is set to plugged it crashes when selecting profile to disable before run
