Transcoding Pods not being created when video is being played

After upgrading the Plex server image to the most recent version transcoding pods are no longer being created.

I just got my Kube-Plex up on latest and am having the same issue. The pods are all green, and Plex even believes it to be playing, but the client doesn't play.

Are there any logs you can provide?

Which logs would you like, specifically?

I've since moved on with this install by disabling elastic encoding after trying both the :latest branch and the one hardcoded into the yaml. Both versions would report to be playing in PMS, but the client showed no data at all; but I'd more than happy to provide what's needed to help solve this issue.
