HTTPS for munin-monitoring.org

munin-monitoring.org is not served via HTTPS.

testssl.sh sais:

87.238.48.91:443 doesn't seem to be a TLS/SSL enabled server

(The OpenSSH on Port 22 sais it is "5.9p1", that would make the Host OS Ubuntu 12.04. I hope that's not true. But even if it is, I'm sure we had HTTPS back in 2012 :)

Considering most of the content on munin-monitoring.org is hosted externally (github/read the docs), it might be a good idea to move munin-monitoring.org to github pages or similar, one less thing to maintain/pay for leaving more time to work on munin itself :)
