DNS plugins should be cleaned up

1. The DNS-related plugins are currently spread over two dirs. This should be cleaned up:

   • plugins/bind9/ contains just one plugin, bind9_rr
   • plugins/network/dns/ contains the rest.

   Maybe move all plugins to plugins/dns? Or leave plugins/network/dns?

2. network/dns/bind_ and network/dns/bind95_ seem to be the same plugin, just that the second one is a newer version that works with the stats output from versions >= 9.5. Since I'm pretty sure nowadays noone is looking for a plugin that only works with bind-versions released before 2008, bind_ should probably be deleted and bind95_ renamed to bind9_.

Maybe both plugins can be removed, since their feature set seems to be similar to the one of the core plugin bind9_rndc? (a fluent perl reader should verify this claim - I just took a quick look)

My decreasing preference would be C->A->B and yes that requires documentation work for marking it is outdated.
