Suggestion: make a script to allow link creation when over the storage limit

Sometimes, when an account stores files past the storage limit for long enough, Mega holds the files hostage and prevents users from downloading or creating a link to any of their files by using a popup such as the one attached. I'm not sure if this would be more difficult to implement, but I would appreciate it if you could give it a shot.
