@thisjustin816 - Hi Justin, can you share your code?
The template references two existing resources - Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines and Microsoft.Maintenance/maintenanceConfigurations. You must create a prereqs folder with a prereq.azuredeploy.json which defines the two existing resources. @Wedfrisat - it looks like your response has some kind of encoding issue. Can you send it again?
@davidsmatlak - this looks like a sandbox issue? Does sandbox create a resource group for you automatically? Can you take a look at it?
@Wedfrisat - sandbox can only be used for going through learn modules. You can get a free Azure subscription. See https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/. And then use either shell.azure.com or install Azure PowerShell/Azure...
