With the information given, there is no way we can help you. This sounds like a server-side problem. Are you the server admin? If so, what do the server logs have to say?

i m admin , but we cannot connect, and all my team cannot use mumble. i ve try to open mumble.puma-network.net, but also this one is not working. i don t understand what s happen. this is the answer : [22:14:35] Connexion au serveur srv01.serveurmumble.com. [22:15:05] La connexion au serveur a échoué : Délai de connexion dépassé.

Make sure that the server is running.

And with server we mean the underlying hardware. Once you have ensured that the server itself is running and reachable (e.g. via SSH), check whether the Mumble server application is running.

And secondly this seems to have just resold service from another hoster..

And that service just happened to have announced closing of service on 2024-05-13.

I am not sure how you could not find this out as an "admin", but thank you for documenting. In any case the mumble project cannot help you with that.
