Mumble preventing suspend on Windows when not connected

I'll treat this as a bug.

Version: 1.3.0~2389 and lower Impact: Despite not being connected to any server, Mumble will prevent Windows from going to sleep. This is especially annoying if I were to use my computer long after I'm done disconnecting from Mumble, expecting it to eventually go to sleep and save on the power bill but it never will. This has even greater impacts on convertibles and laptops. Steps to reproduce:

1. Start Mumble
2. Wait for sleep timer as configured in Windows

Thoughts: The disconnect feature should stop Mumble from making Power requests. It could otherwise default to closing the software. In its current state, the disconnect feature has way too much impact on the overall system to be of any use.
