Push-to-Talk button not accessibility enabled
Blind users can't really use the app because of this.
Either vibration feedback when the button is activated or some form of a "high-contrast" mode (not sure if one currently exists?) would be good solutions, I think.

The location and shape of the button are a big part of the problem here. On Plumble (the android client), the button is the entire bottom 10%, or so, of the screen, so it's easy to hit without looking (though, I think it should be more like the bottom 25%, or adjustable). The lips icon on this client requires visual aiming (not to mention it looks odd).
I have done a bit to aid this and submitted a pull request.
3D Touch for push to talk on screen would help. Feeling it tap when you toggle on and off would make for a great user experience and aid accessibility.
