[UX] Add ToolTip hints for buttons and Charts

📝 Feature Suggestion: Add Hover Tooltips

📌 Description: Improve user experience by adding tooltips that display helpful hints when users hover over:

• Action buttons (like "Upload", "Download", "Visualize", etc.)
• Chart elements or icons (like pie chart, bar chart, filters)

These tooltips will help users understand what each button or visual does—especially for first-time visitors.

---> I'd like to implement :

• Add title attributes for simple tooltips
• Use lightweight JavaScript/CSS-based tooltips (for better styling)
• Ensure tooltips are responsive and not intrusive

💡 Why This Helps:

• Improves usability and accessibility
• Reduces confusion without cluttering the UI

Would love to implement this as part of GSSoC '25 🚀 Please assign me if it fits the roadmap!
