Improving Navbar UI in dark mode

Navbar UI must need to be improved when dark mode is on. text must be visible clearly. please assign me this issue under gssoc-ext and with a appropriate level. will be happy to contribute

@Devanshu1603 Sure. Please change the color of navbar to #ededed in dark mode and to #121212 in light mode. Make cure to change the color of top left CodeIt too.
