Support other languages in Code Refiner.

Currently, the code refiner logic only supports Python.

Expected Behaviour

The refiner should support any language based on the dropdown language input and the coding platform input selected by user.

Solution

• Change the logic in refine.js.
• Use if-else ladder to navigate to the correct logic.
• The logic should be specific to the default code provided by coding platforms for particular languages.
