Default Time Zone

Set WCMp Vendor default timezone as it is set in WooCommerce.

Vendor can then edit the timezone if they want but for my country specific timezone UTC +2 all vendors will have the same timezone.

Once this is set as in WooCommerce I do not need this setting for my vendors anymore and would then like to unset it completely.
