Sub Order email Enhancemnt

Currently, the customer new order email just shows all the items they purchased, with the vendor name showing as meta. It would be nice to have the option to display the items ordered and grouped under each vendor suborders so that it is clear that their order is divided into suborders.

i.e. something like…

Order #1111

Suborder #1112 – Vendor Name 1 Products and totals Shipping for that vendor tax Discounts Subtotal

Suborder #1113 – Vendor Name 2 Products and totals Shipping for that vendor tax Discounts Subtotal
