Describe the bug

I can install spoilers on vehicles that have not used engineRequestModel with addVehicleUpgrade, but I cannot install spoilers on vehicles that I have cloned engineRequestModel. I think there is no ug_spoiler dummy in the vehicles I use engineRequestModel on, so I cannot install spoilers on the vehicles I clone.
