Can't rejoin Map Editor after disconnecting from it once without having to restart MTA

If you disconnect from the Map Editor, you can't join it again without having to restart your game. The console outputs the following error when trying to join again:

[21:29:41] ERROR: Could not bind the server on interface '' and port '22010'!

1. Go to Map Editor
2. Disconnect from Map Editor
3. Go to Map Editor again
4. See error

Version: 1.5.8 (and some versions before it, not quite sure - the issue is recent however, and appeared at the same time as three other reports: #2194, #2195 and #2196) Windows version: Win 10 Pro 64-bit

This happens... sometimes, its not consistent, i dont know whats it depends on, but sometimes it will just throw that error if you'll try to start new local server from menu, while being connected to one, but like i said - its not consistent.

For me it's very consistent, I've only tried it with the Map Editor though. Like it literally happens every single time for me.
