Connecting to database over SSH requires full hostname to be present

Otherwise it says name or service unknown. But this shouldn't be a requirement. The defaults in the server proxy are messed up. Screen Shot 2022-04-19 at 11 02 27 AM

It requires port too. It should be tested that the connection string for all databases is correctly filled in/guessed when blank and server is on.
