Update tables, support unknown multicodec

Fixes #70

This codec is in the table and has been registered for over a year, see https://github.com/multiformats/multicodec/pull/347.

Ok after reading #61 I just updated the table in general.

Edit: and after seeing #64 I have added support for any future unknown multicodecs. This better fulfills #70.
