Since https://github.com/multiSnow/mcomix3/commit/2c4bed0a35f6433c8eb04e6e58b0089188421c6d, the loaction of temporary directory could be changed by user which is default to $TMPDIR

So, in order to make reproducible build, I should make the mtime
same in every build for both files and directories, right?

I am not familiar with reproducible build, but according to the description, it's yes.
