Can't change MultiOTP icone

Hello,

I tried MultiOTP Credential Provider 5.9.2.1 with my MultiOTP Server and I would to change the default icone of MultiOTP. For this, I maked a bitmap file with my personnal icone 128x128 pixels and I put the path of my icone on the key : v1_bitmap_path but the icone doesn't change. I also try to remove MultiOTP icone in C:\ProgramFile(x86)\MultiOTP and to put my icone with the name "loginLogo" but the MultiOTP icone stay by default.

Could you help me please ?
