Mullvad Browser isn't rendering images in PDF files

Expected behavior

It should render the files consistently with other browsers and dedicated PDF viewers

Actual behavior

I was saving some .ppt (PowerPoint) files I had edited as PDFs and later tried to open them in Mullvad Browser. However, I'm noticing that Mullvad fails to display some of the embedded images, while other browsers don't exhibit this problem

Opening PowerPoint files saved as PDF that contain images

I can't provide information about previous versions, but the problem is occurring in the latest version of the browser

If I go to https://sample-files.com/documents/pdf/ I can load and view pdfs just fine in both MB14.5.8 (the last version based on ESR128) and MB 15.0 (the new shiny version just out based on ESR140)

both links open in browser as https

So it's either your browser or perhaps the file:// schema

edit: that said file:// schema and your pdf both work fine in FF

The problem was resolved in Mullvad 15.0.3.
