Question: Will modify uBlock setting like blocklists compromise my anonymity, make my fingerprint standout more than other users?

For better protection, I think by default uBlock settings should follow medium mode from uBlock Wiki.

At least the medium mode shouldn't make you any more unique, but I don't think it should be the default since most users would have no idea how to use it and would quickly get frustrated when many websites stop working.

yes if you change too much you will get a unique fingerprint
