Show waiting cursor while app opens

By just adding StartupNotify=true line to the .desktop file.

Which line did you correct?

The line StartupNotify=true should be there already in the latest Mullvad Browser release.

The line (previous) StartupNotify=True. The "T" was capital when it was supposed to be lowercase.
