Make the security level/permissions per website configurable

It would be nice to be able to change the security level/permissions for a specific website. For example, some browsers have to option to click the lock icon and disable javascipt or audio/video permissions. It would be a nice to have future to quickly configure the permissions or chance the security level for website you don't completely trust.

If I'm not mistaken, this is already part of Tor Browser backlog, see: https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/applications/tor-browser/-/issues/30570

Especially Javascript, Javascript jit and cookies would be nice to be able to change on the fly.
