encrypted-dns-profiles Impossible to apply since iOS 18

Hello,

I wanted to apply the family dns on my son iPad today but it seems that's not working from safari. Download works normally, but file not opens automatically, but if tying to open manually, then I see the text file only.

That's most probably some new restrictions from latest iOS.

I faced this issue as well once on iOS 18. I determined that while the config would not install through safari (it would just download like any normal file), emailing it and installing it through mail still installed correctly.

This worked, I actually saved in Files app on the iPad and opened it from there.
