Documented a lot of enums declared in resourece.h, with their functionality type (i.e. Button, Textbox, Dropdown List) and location (e.g. Map, Disables) and their description.

I added some constants that are unused yet, I plan to have the Disables editor have a count (i.e. Buildings: 3 / 30) because there exists a limit which is not apparent.
