Cell spinner can overlap with text

We display a spinner in a cell when it is executing. This can overlap with the text in the cell if it's long enough. Is there a better place for the spinner? Is there a more obvious way to denote the cell is executing? Perhaps adding a blue border and light blue background in addition to the spinner?
