hosting API designer in tomcat.

Can anyone share some details as how we can deploy API Designer to a tomcat container.

@rajkumar1979 can you clone the current master and build it via grunt build and then look at the dist/ folder. I think you've got everything you need in there, just take those files and execute the necessary steps to deploy it to Tomcat.
