Default to collapsed state

With large files, it would be much easier to work if the editor defaulted everything to a collapsed state so I can then just expand the pieces I'm actively working on

Just to add something here, it would be great to save the state so that if I am going to a different file and come back, all the previous collapsed elements are still collapsed. Same with the expanded ones.
