Visual mouse event circle seems delayed when dragging.

Describe the bug When I drag the mouse, the event circle stays fixed for a few moments, making it look bad / laggy in videos.

This seems related to the distance, probably an intended feature for preserving the position of single clicks. But IMO the current solution is undesirable as it can be distractive.

Expected behavior Might not be easy to fix so at least there could be an option to disable the current behavior and just follow the mouse cursor position all the time.
