Mouse's highlight shifted when taskbar is on left/top

Describe the bug When the taskbar is on the right or bottom, everything works as expected. But when the taskbar is on the left or top, the mouse's highlight is shifted.

Version: v2.0.0-alpha2

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download ExplorerPatcher on Windows 11 and use Windows 10 taskbar style
2. Move taskbar to left or top
3. Click and check the position of mouse highlight

Expected behavior The mouse highlight should be centered on the mouse.
