TinyMCE 4 migration to TinyMCE 5

Hi Misha,

Any plans to update this great editor package to tinyMCE5 as tinyMCE4.x is no longer supported:

"**access to online services for TinyMCE 4 will be switched off on the following dates:

Hi @alancarlsson - did a quick migration using a service account, which should work for basic features. It may be useful to change the shinyMCE API to accommodate individual accounts. PRs welcome!
