SendMessage don't Work. File: WAPI.js

Hey, guys. When trying to send messages to unsaved contacts (and who have no conversation history), the message will not go. The following message appears:

VM10531:300 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'sendMessage' of undefined at Object.window.WAPI.getChat (:300:32) at Object.window.WAPI.sendMessage (:780:21) at :1:6

Also Not send on New number..it is working only if chat with that number exist.

Close that, has been already answered, to replace FindChat functions and to to use internal constructor for new chat.
