App won't use complete internet speed.

I have a fiber internet connection, but the app only uses 200kbps. This limits the quality options for me as anything more than 480p buffers. Is it something to do with my connection or the app ?

Your streaming quality does not depend on the app or your connection speed ( if you have good connection ) , the app is just a tool to use goanime without ads .

If you are not able to stream 1080p despite having good connection then it means goanime is not capable of providing the content as it only makes money by ads which we avoid by using this app .

There is a app called Taiyaki which lets you choose from multiple providers.
