Backup folder list functionality missing from preferences.

Hello. When importing the release packge from your project into any of my projects (version 2019-2022) It is missing the ability to set which folders are backed up. I need it to backup the Packages folder with the manifest.json also.

Update 11-27-2022 Just don't use the .unitypkg file (release) in the repo.

The scripts in the repo work fine. I made my own package file from this and almost everything checks out. I have tested on 2019.4.35 --> 2022.1.22f1.

Should I fork it?
