[data grid] Reorder rows by dragging and droping any column of the row

Summary 💡

We want to reorder rows without using drag and drop icon. Long pressing any column should make row draggable.

Right now, it uses a drag and drop icon which uses one column and in our use case, we have very less space so it's not feasible. Moreover, allowing drag and drop using whole row makes UX better.

Let me know if it is already achievable.

Are there any updates on this? Our customer would also like to be able to drag and drop by holding down any space on the row instead of the fixed location
